Chapter 103

De Davi. Louve ao SENHOR, minha alma!
Tudo o que há em mim louve o seu santo nome!
2
Louve ao SENHOR, minha alma,
e não se esqueça de nenhum de seus benefícios,
3
que perdoa todos os seus pecados,
que cura todas as suas doenças,
4
que redime a sua vida da destruição,
que coroa você com amor leal e ternas misericórdias,
5
que satisfaz o seu desejo com coisas boas,
de modo que a sua juventude se renova como a da águia.
6
O SENHOR executa atos de justiça,
e o direito para todos os que são oprimidos.
7
Ele fez conhecer os seus caminhos a Moisés,
os seus feitos aos filhos de Israel.
8
O SENHOR é misericordioso e gracioso,
lento para se irar e abundante em amor leal.
9
Ele não acusará para sempre;
nem ficará irado para sempre.
10
Ele não nos tratou de acordo com os nossos pecados,
nem nos retribuiu segundo as nossas iniquidades.
11
Pois assim como os céus são altos acima da terra,
assim é grande o seu amor leal para com os que o temem.
12
Tão longe quanto o oriente está do ocidente,
assim ele afastou de nós as nossas transgressões.
13
Como um pai tem compaixão de seus filhos,
assim o SENHOR tem compaixão dos que o temem.
14
Pois ele sabe como somos formados.
Ele se lembra de que somos pó.
15
Quanto ao homem, os seus dias são como a relva.
Como a flor do campo, assim ele floresce.
16
Pois o vento passa por ela, e ela se vai.
O seu lugar não se lembra mais dela.
17
Mas o amor leal do SENHOR é de eternidade a eternidade sobre os que o temem,
e a sua justiça sobre os filhos dos filhos,
18
para com os que guardam a sua aliança,
para com os que se lembram de obedecer aos seus preceitos.
19
O SENHOR estabeleceu o seu trono nos céus.
O seu reino domina sobre tudo.
20
Louvem ao SENHOR, vocês, seus anjos,
que são poderosos em força, que cumprem a sua palavra,
obedecendo à voz da sua palavra.
21
Louvem ao SENHOR, todos os seus exércitos,
vocês, seus servos, que fazem o que lhe agrada.
22
Louvem ao SENHOR, todas as suas obras,
em todos os lugares do seu domínio.
Louve ao SENHOR, minha alma!

Chapter 103
1
A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
7
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
8
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
9
He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10
He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
14
For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
15
As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16
For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
17
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;
18
To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
19
The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
20
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21
Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
22
Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
